Healthy Food Snacks
Best healthy food snacks implies more than snack bars and trail mixes. While those are good and delicious there are more traditional food snacks. Certainly fresh fruits and vegetables are among the most popular. I would add to that a cup of soup, half a sandwich even peanut butter and jelly on crackers. Dried apples, pears, cranberries, blueberries, peaches, grapes, plums are what I call healthy food snacks.
Baked tortilla chips, potato chips, and any other baked chips you can find are much better than deep fried. There are many dips to add to the baked chips such as bean or guacamole.
