Healthy Food Snacks-Protein Drinks

There are many healthy food snacks-protein drinks on the market. The one I drink every day is made by Bolthouse and is named Perfectly Protein. It comes in a few flavors and two sizes. I drink mine around 10AM and I don't feel hungry till I go home for the day at 3:30. I don't even crave a snack, which for me is remarkable, I was a junk food junkie. I had gained some weight lately when I discovered this protein drink. I started drinking and not snacking and now I have lost 12 LBS.
